Realme to Roll-Out Firmware Updates For Certain GT and Q Series Devices Next Week: Check it Out

The Chinese smartphone maker, Realme, is preparing itself to roll out a few firmware updates to some of its GT and Q series devices in China. The rollout has been scheduled to take place over the next week.

Realme Firmware Updates for GT and Q Series Devices

The early adopter version of the latest Realme UI 5.0 and the stable version of the Realme UI 4.0 will be the two software updates that will be rolled out next week.

The smartphone devices which include the GT Neo 5 SE, GT Neo 3, GT Neo 3T, GT Neo 3 150W, and the GT Master Discovery Edition, will be receiving the Realme UI 5.0 early adopter version, only for users who have previously applied for it. Realme’s GT 2, Q5, and Q5 Carnival Edition models will be receiving the stable version of the Realme UI 4.0 custom skin.

The firmware updates will be rolled out starting from the 4th of December to the 10th of December 2023, this month. To know about the changelogs, we’ll probably have to wait until the updates are officially released to the respective devices.

Speaking of some of the other updates concerning Realme, the latest GT 5 Pro device has been confirmed to make its debut in the Chinese market on the 7th of December 2023, and a lot about the smartphone has been revealed officially in the past few days. The GT Neo 5 SE has also been reported as the best-performing sub-flagship smartphone.

Realme has also become the third-best smartphone brand in India’s online market in the last quarter of the year(Q3 2023), and it has attained a milestone of 200 million units of smartphone shipment in a period of five years.
