POCO F4 5G was launched last year with Android 12 based MIUI 13 and as of now the smartphone has not received any Android and MIUI update but today the company has finally released the Android 13 update for the users of India . POCO F4 has started getting the new Android 13 based MIUI 14 update .
This announcement was made by POCO India head Himanshu Tandon who goes by @Himanshu_POCO on twitter .

Through his tweet he informed the users that the update has version number V14.0.2.0.TLMINXM and it will be providing Jio 5G support on the POCO F4 5G .
Availability
In his tweet , he further mentioned that the rolling out of update will be done in a staged manner just to ensure stability of the update . This indicated that the update will not be available for all POCO F4 5G users together . In the first stage the update will be rolling out to the beta users and if there is critical feedback received about the update by the company , they will release the Android 13 update for all it’s POCO F4 users . According to Tandon the full roll out is expected in a week .
The new update has a size of 3.5 GB and it also brings the December security update along with some new features .
MIUI Features
MIUI 14 update will include some new features like new design language . super icons , animal widgets and battery efficiency , enhanced performance and some new tools for customization ,photo engine to help speed up the third party apps .
