OnePlus has announced the launch of its Closed Beta Testing (CBT) program for OxygenOS 15 on the OnePlus 11R 5G, with applications open from November 12th to November 14th, 2024. The program aims to gather user feedback and improve the software experience before its public release.
The beta testing program will be limited to 2,000 users who meet specific eligibility criteria:
- Must be an active OnePlus Community member
- Currently using OnePlus 11R 5G with firmware version CPH2487_14.0.0.807(EX01) or CPH2487_14.0.0.808(EX01)
- Willing to provide regular feedback through the dedicated Feedback App
- Must join the CBT Telegram group for communication with the OnePlus team
Interested users can apply through their device’s settings menu by navigating to Settings > About device > Up to date > Beta program. Successful applicants will be notified within five working days after the application period ends.
For those who wish to roll back to the stable version, OnePlus will provide a dedicated rollback package, though this process will erase all device contents. The company has also implemented a straightforward bug reporting system through the Google Dialer’s *#800# code.
This beta testing phase represents a crucial step in OnePlus’s software development process, allowing users to directly influence the final version of OxygenOS 15.
