The OnePlus Nord 2T, which has already received its two major OS upgrades, is now limited to receiving security patch updates. In the latest update, OnePlus is rolling out a January 2025 security patch update for this smartphone. Currently, the update is available for users in India and the EU region and is being rolled out in phases. Since this update focuses solely on the January 2025 security patch, you shouldn’t expect any new features.
In India, the update is being rolled out with firmware version CPH2401_14.0.0.609, while in the EU region, it is CPH2399_14.0.0.609. Other regions are expected to be added to the rollout soon. Since this is a phased rollout, not all users will receive the update at the same time. Some users may get it immediately, while others might have to wait a little longer, as the complete rollout typically takes about 1–2 weeks.
