OnePlus 13s Receives OxygenOS 15.0.2.601 Update with September 2025 Security Patch and Bug Fixes

OnePlus has started rolling out the OxygenOS 15.0.2.601 update for the OnePlus 13s smartphone with version number IN: CPH2723_15.0.2.601(EX01). This update is targeted only at the India region, as the device was launched exclusively in the Indian market.

Since the update is rolling out in phases, it may take about a week or two to reach all devices. If you haven’t received it yet, you will likely get it in the next few days. Along with several bug fixes, this update also brings the September 2025 security patch.

Normally, your smartphone will notify you when an update is available. However, you can also check manually by going to your phone’s Settings, scrolling down, and selecting Software Update.

Here is what you will get in this update

The update improves animations when tapping Live Alerts or notifications while the screen is locked. A new map album has been added, allowing users to view all images with locations on a map.

Photos moved from the Private album to public will now reappear in their original locations. Users can also change their privacy password on each secondary page of Private Safe and in the Locked album of Photos. Daily and weekly screen time can now be viewed in App Management under Phone Manager, and the layout of the remote control panel buttons in IR Remote has been adjusted.

The update also includes the September 2025 Android security patch to enhance system security.
