OnePlus 10T And OnePlus 10 Pro Smartphone Gets July 2024 Android Security Patch

OnePlus has rolled out a new OxygenOS update for the OnePlus 10T, and OnePlus 10 Pro users in India and Europe region. This update integrates the July 2024 Android security patch and fixes a few issues. The new OxygenOS 14.0.0.711 update has been rolled out for OnePlus 10T users that can be identified in the India region by firmware version CPH2413_14.0.0.711(EX01) while in the Europe region, it can be identified by firmware version CPH2415_14.0.0.711(EX01).

Now coming on the OnePlus 10 Pro smartphone which has received the OxygenOS 14.0.0.900 update, can be identified in India by firmware version NE2211_14.0.0.900(EX01) while in Europe region it can be identified by firmware version NE2213_14.0.0.900(EX01).

The changelog is similar for both phones

  • Integrates the July 2024 Android security patch to enhance system security.
  • Optimises power consumption to extend battery life.
  • Fixes an issue that might cause delayed swipe response in Simple mode.
  • Fixes an issue where Auto brightness might turn on automatically.

This update will initially reach a small percentage of users and then will be rolled out on a broader basis. In case you come across any bug you can submit it by opening the Google Dialer and typing *#800#. You will find a menu that allows you to submit bugs. This method of bug submission is currently only available for Indian users.
