The Chinese smartphone maker, OnePlus, has started to roll out a new OxygenOS update to its flagship 10R smartphone. The update will bring the August 2023 Android security patch to the device.

OnePlus 10R OxygenOS 13.1.0.590 Update
The OxygenOS 13.1.0.590 update that OnePlus is currently rolling out to its 10R smartphone is only in the Indian region, and the update will be having firmware versions of CPH2411_13.1.0.590(EX01) for the Endurance Edition of the smartphone and CPH2423_13.1.0.590(EX01) for the standard version. It won’t be bringing any sorts of system improvements or bug fixes, however the update will integrate the device with the August 2023 Android security patch.

As the update is an incremental update, only few of the OnePlus 10R Indian users would have received the update by now and for others, a broader roll-out will take place in the next few days. It is also advised to report the issues and bugs that are encountered after updating, and users may do so by filling it up on the pop-up menu which appears by dialing “*#800#” on Google Dialer.
