One UI 7 Official Version Said to Only Gradually Roll-Out to Older Galaxy Devices From February 7th 2025

Samsung very recently unveiled its flagship Galaxy S25 series smartphones globally pre-installed with the One UI 7 custom skin based on the Android 15 operating system. While a previous update suggested that the One UI 7 official version will only be rolled out to older Galaxy smartphones at the end of February or in March 2025, a new report has arrived pointing out that the gradual roll-out would take place from early next month itself in February 2025.
Let’s look more into it.
One UI 7 Official Version – Gradual Roll-Out From 7th February?
As per what has been shared (via the tipster @tarunvats33), even if there are posts and reports popping up now claiming that the One UI 7 stable official version will be released on the 7th of February 2025, next month, it doesn’t actually mean that its roll out to the previous Galaxy S24 series devices will take place on the same day. Rather, the One UI 7 official version roll-out for older Galaxy devices will likely only gradually start from the particular day onwards. Furthermore, the tipster adds that it is best to wait until an official update concerning this comes from the brand’s side.
In related news, the One UI 7 beta 3 program for the Galaxy S24 series is currently ongoing, and it has been reported that a One UI 7 beta 4 update will also be rolled out to the devices before the official stable version rolls out. Also, the Samsung official server has been updated with the One UI 7 ‘BYA6’ version for the Galaxy S24 series recently, replacing the previous ‘BYA4’ version as well.
Stay tuned for more updates.
