To install the beta update, wait until the update is rolled out to the device, and on receiving it, go to “Settings”, tap on “Software update”, download the update, and then install. The device will be updated with the One UI 6 beta version based on the Android 14 operating system.

Feedback

To submit feedback, customers can do so through the Samsung Members app. Select “Beta feedback” and send it from there. If it is UX or UI-related feedback, submit it by going to “Beta community” and pressing “Suggestions”.

Others

If by chance any issues are faced while going through the update process, user can contact their nearest Samsung Service Center for assistance. Users can also opt-out of the program whenever they want and they can do so by submitting a withdrawal request, and after the downgrading process, their data can be revived through the Smart Switch on their PC.

Users will also be able to ask their doubts and other questions through Samsung’s Members app, and they will be able to revoke their consent to send diagnostic data by disabling it on “Settings”.
