June 2025 Security Update now available for Windows 10

Microsoft has officially released the June 2025 security update for Windows 10. This new update addresses security issues and brings some improvements as well.

Versions 21H2 and 22H2 (KB5060533) include quality improvements that were a part of the update KB5058481 (released May 28). It contains miscellaneous security improvements to internal Windows OS functionality. Quality improvements are also brought to the Windows 10 servicing stack.

For version 1809 (KB5060531), the update fixes the issue in GD and GDI+ where some characters were rendered wider, and the sample paragraph was broken. It also addresses an issue that prevents users from signing in with self-signed certificates when using Windows Hello for Business with the Key Trust model. This update makes quality improvements to the Windows 10 servicing stack.

For version 1607 Windows Server 2016 (KB5061010), the update fixes the issue where Remote Web Access (RWA) was causing remote connections to act unpredictably. It also addresses an issue that prevents users from signing in with self-signed certificates when using Windows Hello for Business with the Key Trust model.

For version 1507 (KB5060998), the update contains miscellaneous security improvements to internal Windows OS functionality.
