Detailed battery health information feature on Galaxy S25 series restricted to limited regions; Could be rolled out to all with further updates

The Galaxy S25 series made its debut in global as well as Indian markets recently. The series included Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra devices and these devices arrived pre-installed with One UI 7 based on Android 15.
It recently was reported that just like how Apple has included detailed battery information in its iPhones, Samsung is stepping up by providing more detailed battery health information on the Galaxy S25 series such as battery health percentage, cycle count, and when it was manufactured, and first used. Well, this feature seems to be restricted to few regions, as it is revealed (via @yabhishekhd) that Indian variants of this series do not display battery health, battery cycle count, manufacturing date and first used date.

In the comment section, a few users have mentioned that this feature is missing from US variants as well. A user has also shared a screenshot of a reply by tipster @tarunvats33 on the post which now seems missing, in which it is explained that, it’s not about the variant but the software build version. Build version AYA1 does not have detailed battery information but version AXLX shows this information.

Also as per a recent report by Sammobile, this feature is not available in all countries but in selected regions. The reason is that some Galaxy S25 series devices havenβt received the required firmware update to display battery health information.
Well if you also own a Galaxy S25 device and this feature is not available for your device yet, worry not, as this feature is expected to be available in other regions with further updates.
