Xiaomi Civi 4 is tipped to be powered by Dimensity 8300-Ultra chipset

Xiaomi has a big day tomorrow when it will be launching the Redmi K70 series, Redmi Book16(2024), and Redmi Buds 5 Pro. Xiaomi is reportedly also working on the Xiaomi Civi 4 smartphone. Its predecessor was launched in May of this year.

In September of this year, a smartphone was spotted on the GSMA IMEI database with the model number 24031PN0DC. GSMChina sharing it wrote in a report that it can be a Xiaomi Civi 4 smartphone.

Since then this phone has been dormant in reports and rumours. Just recently a tipster named Anvin wrote on X that this handset can be powered by a Dimensity 8300-Ultra chipset. This is the same processor that will power the Redmi K70E smartphone. For those who do not know, this is the same chipset as the Dimensity 8300 but with some tweaks as per Xiaomi/Redmi. This same thing happened with the Dimensity 8200 ultra chipset which came with the Civi 3.

And as per tipster Smart Pikachu, we may see an upgraded front camera and an Omnivision rear main camera.

The rest of the features of Xiaomi Civi 4 still remain under the wrap but model number “2403” suggests that the company can launch the handset in March month of next year. Like existing Civi phones the Civi 4 is also expected to come as a female-focused smartphone.
