Xiaomi 15 series tipped to be in development stage currently; Xiaomi 15 display specs revealed by tipster
In the month of October, Xiaomi unveiled its latest flagship series- the Xiaomi 14 series in China, and the series received a great response from consumers in the country. The brand is also expected to launch this newly launched series in the global markets too as the devices have been spotted on various global certification websites. However, the official launch date for global markets has not been revealed yet.
After the launch of the Xiaomi 14 series, the smartphone brand is now tipped to be working on its next flagship series- the Xiaomi 15 series. According to tipster Digital Chat Station, the Xiaomi 15 series is in the development stage now and he has also revealed some details about the series.
As mentioned by the tipster, the Xiaomi 14 Pro has a BM of 0.9mm and the next-generation Huaxing 2K has achieved an equally narrow BM of 0.6mm on all sides. The limitations are expected to be further narrowed and full screen brightness will also be exponentially improved. He further said The Snapdragon 8G4 is scheduled to be large. It’s my interpretation that the Xiaomi 15 series may be launched with SD 8 Gen 4, as the chipset is rumored to be launching at the end of 2024.
Apart from the specification details, the tipster has also mentioned that the new flagship (Xiaomi 14 Ultra) will be launched in the first half of next year.
Other than this the tipster has also shared major display specs of upcoming Xiaomi 15.
According to the tipster, Xiaomi 15 features 6.36 inch OLED CSOT LTPO display (same as Xiaomi 14, 13) that offers 1.5k screen resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and 1400 nits full screen peak brightness. The smartphone is said to arrive with ultra thin bezels while the IC power can be saved by 15%-20%.
