Vivo’s X Fold 3 Real Life Images Revealed Online: Appears Larger than its Predecessor
The Chinese smartphone maker, Vivo, will be having two foldable smartphones this year under the brand’s X Fold 3 series and it will comprise of the X Fold 3 and X Fold 3 Pro models. Both these devices are expected to debut next month(March 2024) in China and before the official launch takes place, the real life images of the vanilla X Fold 3 foldable have been revealed online.

Vivo X Fold 3 – Revealed Real Life Images
The revealed real life images of the Vivo X Fold 3 points out some of its design aspects and the most notable design changes are the larger inner display and the placement of the inner display punch hole camera.
In related news, it was recently shared that the X Fold 3 series’ inner display will be provided by Samsung Display and it will be having a higher screen resolution of 2480 x 2200 pixels from the 1916 x 2160 pixels resolution of the X Fold 2 device. Just to add, the inner display of the X Fold 2 is 8.03″ large in size.
The punch hole camera on the inner display screen of the previous X Fold 2 was placed almost to the center in the right part of the display. When looking at the X Fold 3’s real life images, it is placed to the extreme right side of the display.
Speaking more, the side panels are rounded with the volume rocker and power button(remains vacant in the image) on the right side panel and the alert slider on the left side panel, just like before. But unlike before, the card tray has been brought to the left side of the bottom panel, while the microphone hole has been moved to the right corner. The USB type-C port and the speaker are at the same place as before, but this time instead of speaker grilles there are speaker holes given. Antenna lines can also be spotted along the sides.

The recent update that was shared earlier had also mentioned that the Vivo X Fold 3 series devices will be having a fiberglass body, and a possible White color variant with glass-back finish. The device featured on the real life images might be the White color variant of the X Fold 3 smartphone.
Other specs of the X Fold 3 device includes the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, 2748 x 1172 pixels cover display, a telephoto camera lens, and a 5600 mAh battery backup.
