The Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer, Vivo is soon to launch its V29 series smartphones which includes the V29 and V29 Pro devices and the launch page of the series has already been listed on the brand’s official website.
Till date, both the devices have been certified by multiple certification authorities and now, one among the upcoming smartphones, the Vivo V29 has been certified by the TDRA certification authority.

Vivo V29 Smartphone Spotted on TDRA Certification Platform
Vivo’s upcoming V29 smartphone has made its appearance on the TDRA certification platform with the model number, V2250 and has been certified with the equipment registration number of ER22246/23. Its certification will be valid till the 11th of July, 2026.
No other details about the smartphone has been mentioned on the certification platform but the previous certifications that the smartphone has received had revealed a lot about the upcoming device.
The upcoming V29 smartphone is confirmed to be a 5G device and will be supporting 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G network connectivity. The device will also support Bluetooth and NFC connectivity as well.
From its Geekbench listing, it has been confirmed that the device will arrive equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G Plus chipset. The smartphone will also arrive pre-installed with the Android 13 operating system and will be integrated with the Adreno 642L GPU. It is also confirmed to have an 8GB RAM variant as well.
Regarding its battery backup, the FCC certification of the smartphone reveals the device to pack a battery that is rated 4505 mAh with a fast charge support of 80W.
Speaking about its other certifications, the V29 smartphone has by now received the EEC, IMDA, GCF, NBTC, and SIRIM certifications.
It is to be noted that all these certifications, including the recent TDRA certification, points to us that the device is nearing its launch and the launch is almost imminent. With its launch, more about the smartphone, its specifications and the price points will be revealed.
