Vivo G2 smartphone spotted on Google Play Console website; design looks similar to Vivo Y78 (t1) and Vivo Y78m (t1)

The smartphone brand Vivo has today officially unveiled the Vivo Y28 5G smartphone in the Indian market while the brand seems to be working on a new smartphone- Vivo G2, as our team at The Tech Outlook has spotted this device on the Google Play Console website.

Vivo G2 has been spotted on the Google Play Console website with model number PD2318. The model number of the smartphone indicates that the device will be launched in China only.

The database reveals chip number MT6833 which corresponds to MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC but the device might launch with Dimensity 6020 SoC as a similar thing happened with the recently launched Vivo Y28 5G smartphone. The upcoming smartphone will run on Android 13 OS and offer 6GB RAM. It will feature a display that offers 720×1612 screen resolution and 320 dpi screen density.

The website also reveals the front and back design of the smartphone. The device can be seen in blue color, on the rear side it features a square camera module that consists of two camera sensors along with LED flash. On the front, it features a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera while the volume and power buttons can be seen on the right.

The design of this smartphone looks similar to the already launched Vivo Y78 (t1) and Y78m (t1) smartphones. Vivo Y78 (t1) and Y78m (t1) both launched with MediaTek Dimensity 6020 SoC.
