Upcoming Vivo X90s Appears on AnTuTu Benchmark: To Debut Soon

Vivo is soon going to launch its next X90 series smartphone in China and the device by now has made its appearance on multiple official databases. The soon-to-be-released smartphone has now appeared on the AnTuTu benchmark.

Vivo X90s Appears on AnTuTu Benchmark

On the AnTuTu benchmark, the upcoming Vivo X90s smartphone has appeared with the model number, V2241HA and has scored an AnTuTu benchmark score of 1657772. It has also scored a CPU score of 435656 points, a GPU score of 605932 points, a MEM score of 314297 points, and a UX score of 301887 points.

The smartphone’s appearance on the benchmark also states that the device will be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset and will run on the Android 13-based operating system. Regarding its core configuration, the chipset will have a Cortex-X3 primary core with a clock speed of 3.35 GHz, three Cortex-A715 performance cores which have a clock speed of 3.0 GHz, and four Cortex-A510 efficiency cores clocked at 2.0 GHz.

The upcoming device will also be coupled with an LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 internal storage and will be having a 12GB/512GB storage variant. Coming to its GPU side, the device will be integrated with the Immortalis-G715 MC11 GPU and will be supporting a refresh rate of 120Hz.

Vivo X90s AnTuTu Score

Vivo’s X90s smartphone has already received China’s MIIT and 3C certifications and has already been listed on Geekbench, Google Play Console and TENAA listings. The smartphone has also been tipped to make its debut this month, in the month of June 2023 and all these certifications and listings indeed point to the imminent launch of the smartphone.

Vivo’s upcoming X90s smartphone is confirmed to arrive equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset and will operate on Android 13 based Origin OS 3 custom user interface. It is also confirmed to have the LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 internal storage. The device will offer three RAM options of 8GB, 12GB and 16GB along with four internal storage options of 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and 1TB.

The smartphone as per its TENAA listing is also confirmed to feature an AMOLED display panel with a screen size of 6.78 inch. It will also have a 1.5K screen resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

At its rear, the Vivo X90s smartphone will also sport a triple camera setup with a 50MP main camera and two additional cameras of 12MP each. For selfies, the smartphone will also be offering a 32MP front facing camera.

Coming to its battery backup, the smartphone will be backed by a 2345 mAh dual cell battery, that is the device will be having a total battery capacity of 4690 mAh and will be support a 120W fast charge feature.
