The Chinese smartphone and other consumer electronics maker, Xiaomi, will be soon unveiling two new smartphone devices under its POCO X6 series. A display spec of the upcoming series have now been teased.

POCO X6 Series – Teased Display Spec
The upcoming POCO X6 series as per the newly shared teaser image will be featuring a CrystalRes Flow AMOLED display, the very first on a POCO smartphone. Nothing apart from this spec have been revealed via the teaser image, however we do get a glimpse of the POCO X6 series smartphone’s display which points to a centrally-aligned punch-hole display and slim bezels on all four sides.
Regarding the smartphones of the series, Xiaomi’s POCO X6 series will comprise of two smartphone devices – the POCO X6 and POCO X6 Pro, and the two are expected to be the rebranded versions of the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G and Redmi K70E smartphones respectively. The two will also be running on the Android 14 based Xiaomi HyperOS custom skin.
Speaking of the specifications of the two upcoming smartphones, the vanilla model will be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset and might feature a 6.67″ FHD+ OLED display screen. The device may also be backed by a 5100 mAh battery supporting a 67W wired fast charging feature.
Coming to the pro model, the POCO X6 Pro is going to arrive equipped with a Dimensity 8300 Ultra processor, and is said to have a 6.67″ 1.5K display panel with 120Hz refresh rate support. A 5000 mAh battery backup and a 67W wired fast charge support are also being expected. Also to add, recently the brand had also shared the AnTuTu benchmark score of this smartphone.
Xiaomi will be officially launching both the vanilla POCO X6 and the POCO X6 Pro devices on the 11th of January 2024, next week, globally and also in the Indian market. Stay tuned for more updates.
