Xiaomi’s next POCO F6 device has been part of many rumors in the recent past months and following multiple updates, more about its expected specifications and other important details have been shared.

POCO F6 – Revealed Specifications and Other Details
It was previously understood that the POCO F6 device, that is expected to be the rebranded version of the Redmi Note 13 Turbo smartphone, is possibly going to carry the codename “Peridot” and the internal codename – “N16T”. This device is now pointed out to arrive equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, just like the recently launched Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro device.
About the cameras, the POCO F6 smartphone is revealed to feature a 50MP Sony IMX882 wide main camera sensor, an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultrawide camera sensor, and an OmniVision OV20B40 front camera sensor. Recent reports had suggested that the device may have a 2MP macro lens too, but it is still in doubts.
Regarding the display, even if exact display details aren’t available yet, Mi code confirms that the upcoming device will be using display panels from two major display manufactures, namely TCL and Tianma. It is probable that the POCO F6 may have the same or similar display specs when compared to its predecessor- POCO F5.
As far as its launch date is concerned, the POCO F6 device is said to debut in the month of April or May 2024. However, it should be noted that it will only be taking place following the release of the Redmi Note 13 Turbo smartphone in China. Also to add, the POCO F6 will also be accompanied by a pro model(POCO F6 Pro) as well.
