Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5, Galaxy Tab S9, S9 Ultra NBTC certified ahead of July launch

Samsung is expected to hold its next Galaxy Unpacked event by the end of July. If this is true, its devices are expected to surface in various certification platforms around this time. Today, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and the Galaxy Tab S9 series emerged in the database of Thailand’s NBTC certification platform.

The NBTC listing confirms that the Samsung device with model number SM-F713B will debut in the market under the Galaxy Z Flip 5 name. It also confirms that the Samsung devices with SM-X716B and SM-X916B will have respective marketing names, such as the Galaxy Tab S9 and the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra.

As usual, the NBTC certification has not revealed any significant information on the specifications of the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and the Galaxy Tab S9 models. However, it is a good indication that these devices will be launching soon. The Tab S9 lineup also includes the Galaxy Tab S9+ model. It is likely that the device will soon appear in NBTC’s database in the next few days.

Rumors are rife that the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event will be held on July 26 or July 27. The Galaxy Z Fold 5 is also expected to debut at the same event. Some reports claimed that the South Korean tech giant would also unveil the Galaxy Buds 3, but newer reports say that it is unlikely to happen. Instead, it may go official alongside the Galaxy S23 Fan Edition, which is expected to debut in September or October this year.
