Few days back, the smartphone brand Realme officially unveiled it’s latest Realme 12x 5G smartphone in it’s home country China. This device was also said to make it’s debut in the Indian market as it has been spotted on India’s BIS certification website but the company did not revealed anything regarding this officially.
As per an exclusive report by @91mobiles, Realme 12x 5G smartphone will be making it’s way in the Indian market soon and we might start seeing the official teasers soon. The device will pack up 5000 mAh battery just like the Chinese variant but as per the report there will be difference in the charging capabilities. The Chinese variant supports 15W charging but the Indian variant is said to support 45W SuperVOOC charging and is also said to offer the fastest charging in the segment.
The device is also said to arrive with the “Dynamic Button” that acts as a shortcut for various functions. Other than this it is expected that the other specs of Realme 12x 5G Indian variant might hold some similarity with the Chinese variant.
Realme 12x 5G: Specifications (Chinese variant)
It features a 6.67″ LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate offering eye protection and a peak brightness of 625 nits. Realme is positioning this smartphone as a slim device with a thickness of 7.89mm and a weight of 190g. The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ processor and comes with a 12GB+12GB (Virtual RAM) configuration. It comes with Realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14 out of the box. It is backed with a 5000mAh battery.
Realme is offering a 50-megapixel Dual AI main rear camera and an 8-megapixel front selfie shooter. This smartphone is also IP54 certified and comes with a side fingerprint scanner.
