Realme, the China-based smartphone maker, has already unveiled the Chinese variant of the 12x 5G and this device is confirmed to soon have its launch in the Indian market as well. Now, this latest smartphone has made it to UAE’s TDRA certification platform.

Realme 12x 5G – TDRA Certification
The Realme 12x 5G smartphone bearing the model number of “RMX3997” has been certified by the TDRA authority, with the equipment registration number – “ER30281/24”. The device has been categorized as a mobile phone and its moniker is mentioned on the database. Its TDRA certification validity will be till the 28th of March 2027.
As noted, Realme has already unveiled the 12x 5G model in China, and the Indian debut is scheduled to take place on the 2nd of April 2024. Very recently, the full specifications of the Indian variant were also leaked online. Check it out below.
Realme 12x 5G (Indian Model) – Leaked Specifications
As per the leaked spec sheet, Realme’s 12x 5G Indian model is pointed out to have the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chipset as well, and it is suggested to have the Android 14 operating system onboard. The device will also be available in an 8GB/128GB storage option too.
Its display is suggested to be an FHD+ display with a screen size of 6.72″, brightness rate of 950 nits, and refresh rate of 120Hz. About the cameras, a 50MP dual rear camera setup and an 8MP selfie camera are expected. A 5000 mAh battery is also said to be part of the smartphone, and it is already teased to support India’s first 45W fast charge feature of the segment.
Regarding its price, the smartphone might have a price tag of less than Rs. 15,000 for the 8GB/128GB storage variant.
