iQOO Neo 12 display and battery details teased ahead of this month’s launch in China

Yesterday, iQOO announced that it will unveil its iQOO Neo 12 smartphone this month in China, and the brand has also started taking pre-orders for this device.

Today, the company has shared the display and battery features of the upcoming iQOO Neo 12 smartphone via the Weibo platform.

iQOO Neo 12: Display and battery details teased

The iQOO Neo 12 features an OLED panel from Visionox. The smartphone features pTSF technology-based luminescent materials on its 2K+ 185Hz screen. As revealed by the company, with this display technology, 4.608 million pixels are refreshed 185 times per second.

The self-developed e-sports chip Q3 will offer ray tracing, super-resolution, super-frame rate, and a super-full gaming experience. It is equipped with a 9000 mAh Blue Ocean battery that uses fifth-generation silicon anode technology, with an energy density of up to 916Wh/L.

Previously, the company confirmed that the device will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC and features the Ice Dome Air Cooling system.

iQOO will be sharing more display technology details of the iQOO Neo 12 device during the Visionox x iQOO x Tsinghua University Technology Communication Meeting on October 14^th at 7:00 PM.
