Earlier this week, Thailand’s NBTC authority approved the upcoming POCO F5 Pro. The handset was spotted with model number 23013PC75G at the certification site. Now its vanilla variant with model number 23049PCD8G and moniker POCO F5 has surfaced in NBTC’s database. Hence, it appears that it will not take too long for the POCO F5 series to debut in the global market.
The NBTC certification does not reveal anything major about the specifications of the POCO F5. However, multiple reports have revealed that it will be a global version of the Redmi Note 12 Turbo, which is only available in the Chinese market. Here is a look at the specifications of the POCO F5.

The POCO F5 will arrive with a 6.67-inch AMOLED FHD+ display that offers a 20:9 aspect ratio and a 120Hz refresh rate. It will feature the Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 2 chipset, LPDDR5 RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage.
The F5 is expected to arrive in 8 GB and 12 GB RAM variants. Both models are likely to offer 256 GB of internal storage. It will come preloaded with the Android 13 OS, which will have the MIUI 14 on top.
The handset will house a 5,000mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging. It will have a 16-megapixel camera on the front for selfies. The device’s back will have a 64-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. It will also have a side-facing fingerprint scanner.
