OPPO Reno 10 Series Makes its Debut in the Indian Market: Reno 10 Pro Series Pre-Orders Begun

After the launch of the Reno 10 series smartphones in the Chinese market, OPPO has finally unveiled the latest devices in India. The series includes all three smartphones and the price of the Pro variants have been revealed. The price reveal of the Reno 10 smartphone will take place on the 20th of July via the Flipkart shopping platform.

OPPO Reno 10 Pro and Reno 10 Pro+

The Reno 10 Pro+ smartphone which is the top-end model of the series has been launched equipped with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset while the OPPO Reno 10 Pro has the Snapdragon 778G chipset. Only one storage variant of the two smartphones has been launched with a RAM of 12GB and internal storage of 256GB. Both device also runs on the Android 13-based ColorOS custom UI.

In terms of its display, both the device has a curved OLED display panel with a full HD+ screen resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. However, there is a slight difference in the screen size of the two devices. The Reno 10 Pro+ has a screen size of 6.74″ while the Reno 10 Pro has a 6.7″ screen size.

Coming to the cameras, the Reno 10 Pro+ and the Reno 10 Pro smartphone have a triple camera setup at their rear with the same 50MP Sony IMX890 main camera and the same 8MP ultrawide camera. When it comes to the telephoto camera, the Reno 10 Pro+ features a 64MP telephoto camera while the Reno 10 Pro has a 32MP telephoto camera. Both devices have the same 32MP front-facing camera.

Regarding the battery specs, the Reno 10 Pro smartphone packs a 4600 mAh battery and supports an 80W SUPERVOOC fast charge feature. The Reno 10 Pro+ smartphone on the other hand is backed by a larger 4700 mAh battery and has a faster 100W SUPERVOOC fast charge support.

Both the devices are currently listed on the Flipkart shopping platform as well as on the brand’s official website with launch prices of Rs. 39,999 and Rs. 54,999 respectively. Two colour choices are also provided and users can pick from Glossy Purple and Silvery Grey colour options. Pre-orders have begun for the two smartphones.

OPPO Reno 10

The base model of the series, the Reno 10 smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 chipset and runs on the Android 13-based ColorOS custom UI. The smartphone is said to arrive in multiple storage options but, only the 8GB/256GB storage variant has been listed on OPPO’s official website.

The device for its display features a 6.7″ curved OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. At its rear, the smartphone has a triple camera setup and amongst the three devices, has the best main camera of 64MP. It also includes an additional 32MP telephoto camera and an 8MP ultrawide camera. For selfies, the same 32MP camera is also offered.

Coming to its battery backup, surprisingly though, the smartphone has the largest battery of 5000 mAh, but with a slower SUPERVOOC fast charge feature of 67W.

As mentioned, the price of the smartphone has not been revealed yet and is said to be revealed on the coming 20th of this month. With its price reveal, the smartphone will be made available and its storage options will be made clearer. The Reno 10 smartphone will be available in two colour choices of Ice Blue and Silvery Grey.
