OPPO Pad 2 spotted on SIRIM , might soon debut globally

OPPO unveiled its newest tablet OPPO Pad 2 last week in China, which is considered the successor to last year’s OPPO Pad. As per leaks and rumors the tablet will arrive with a bigger screen, bigger battery, and support for faster charging. This new tablet has now been spotted on the SIRIM database with model number OPD2202.

Though not much has been revealed from the database about the specifications of OPPO Pad 2. Earlier according to a few reports it was speculated that OPPO Pad 2 will look similar to the OnePlus Pad and will be a new mid-premium Android tablet.

OPPO Pad 2: Specifications Expected to be similar to that of the Chinese version

This upcoming tablet could feature a larger display than 11 inches. It might come with a screen resolution of 2800X2000 pixels and a 144Hz refresh rate. It is expected to house a 9500mAh battery that could support 67W fast charging. Earlier the tablet was tipped to be powered with MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset.

It could be paired with 8GB or 12GB RAM and might run ColorOS 13 based on Android 13 out of the box.

According to 91mobiles OPPO Pad 2 could debut in India by early April 2023 and might arrive under the price range of Rs.20K – Rs.25K. Though for the confirmation of the actual launch date, we still need to wait for the official announcement by OPPO.
