OPPO A79 5G Spotted on the TDRA Certification Platform After Being Certified by the NBTC Authority

OPPO’s upcoming A-series smartphone, the successor of the A78 5G device, the OPPO A79 5G, has made it to the TDRA certification platform of UAE. Recently, the device was certified by the NBTC authority, and this could only mean that the launch date of the device is approaching.

OPPO A79 5G – TDRA Certification

On the TDRA certification platform, the upcoming OPPO A79 5G smartphone has made its appearance with the model number – CPH2557, and has received the TDRA certification with the equipment registration number of ER24660/23. Its TDRA certification will be valid till the 25th of September 2026.

As mentioned, the device had very recently received the NBTC certification from Thailand and it is to be noted that its moniker was revealed with its NBTC certification. Previously, the device had made it to other certification platforms as well, and this includes the TÜV Rheinland and IMDA certification platforms

Regarding the specifications of the upcoming smartphone, all we know as of now is that it is a 5G smartphone device supporting 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G network connectivity and is equipped with a 4800 mAh rated battery supporting a 33W fast charge feature.
