Motorola’s Moto G04s Smartphone Appears on TDRA, BIS, and TUV Rheinland Certification Platforms

Lenovo-owned Motorola has already launched many of its new G-series smartphones in the recent past months and we have spotted another upcoming G-series device in works. This device may soon arrive in different global markets as it has made it to the TDRA, BIS, and TUV Rheinland databases.

Moto G04s – TDRA, BIS, and TUV Rheinland Certifications

The upcoming Moto G04s smartphone has been listed on UAE’s TDRA and India’s BIS certification platforms with model numbers – “XT2421-9” and “XT2421-8” respectively. The device has received the TDRA certification with the equipment registration number of “ER30065/24” and has been categorized under the mobile phone section, with certification validity till the 21st of March 2027. The BIS grant or inclusion date is revealed to be March 20th 2024.

Coming to the TUV Rheinland listing, Motorola’s G04s has been certified with the certificate number of “JPTUV-154958-M3”. Multiple model numbers are listed for the device – “XT2421-1”, “XT2421-2”, “XT2421-3”, “XT2421-4”, “XT2421-5”, “XT2421-6”, “XT2421-7”, “XT2421-8”, “XT2421-9”, and “XT2421-10”. The TUV Rheinland certification also points out that the Moto G04s will be packing a 4850 mAh-rated battery(could be marketed as a 5000 mAh battery phone), and is to be offered along with a 10W/20W charging adapter(device may support 10W/15W/20W fast charge capability as per listing).

Notably, the brand unveiled the Moto G04 smartphone last month and this device was once spotted on the TDRA database with the model number – “XT2421-4”. The “XT2421-3” device was also spotted on the BIS database previously. Moreover, the Moto G04s and Moto G04 shares similar battery specs.

From what it seems, the upcoming Moto G04s might be a rebranded or tweaked version of the already launched Moto G04 (assuming), and we’ll get a better clarity on the matter with more future updates.
