Motorola Razr+ 2023 flip phone is expected to launch within the first half of this year. Reports have claimed that it will be a follow-up device to the Razr 2022, which debuted last year. Last month, the Razr+ appeared with model numbers XT2321-1, XT2321-3, and XT2321-5 in the FCC’s database. The Chinese variant of the same phone with model number XT2321-2 was recently approved by the 3C authority. Now, the Razr+ has been approved by the TUV Rheinland certification platform.
The TUV Rheinland certification is yet another hint that the Razr+ 2023 will be launching soon. It has approved the XT2321-3 and XT2321-5 variants of the device. Unfortunately, the certification has not revealed anything about the specifications of the device.

The rumor mill is yet to reveal concrete information about the specifications of the Motorola Razr Plus 2023. It is speculated to feature the same 6.7-inch foldable AMOLED panel that was made available on the Razr 2022.
Reports have claimed that the Razr 2023+ will have the largest cover display seen on a flip phone. The device is expected to come equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1. The other specifications of the device are yet to be revealed.
In related news, the UAE’s TDRA certification platform certified the Razr+ 2023’s XT2321-1 variant, while Canada’s REL authority recently approved the XT2321-3 model. The latter revealed that it will be released with the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra moniker in the UAE.
