Motorola is likely to refresh its portfolio in the upcoming days with the launch of smartphones like G04, and G24. Apart from these phones which are busy bagging certifications, the company can also launch Moto G Play 2024. This has been reported by SMARTMANIA in an exclusive report. The SMARTMANIA in collaboration with the OnLeaks has leaked the renders of Moto G Play 2024 along with some key information about this smartphone in an exclusive report.

As per the renders leaked by the report the Moto G Play 2024 can come with a flat display with a punch-hole cutout to house the selfie camera. It’s been shown to come with sizable bezels and an extra wide chin.
Rather than a triple camera setup arranged on a flat black rectangular island that Moto G Play 2023 came with, the Moto G Play 2024 is shown to come with just a single camera setup on the rear.
There are two circular modules arranged on a rectangular island that can be seen smoothly emerging from the upper left corner of the back. One of the modules houses the main camera while another houses the LED flash. The report says that it can come with a 50 MP main camera. The render shows the Quad Pixel inscribed on the rear panel beside the camera.
As per the report, the Moto G Play 2024 can come with 4K resolution video recording capability. The fingerprint sensor of the smartphone that was earlier placed on the rear panel in the predecessor is shown to have been placed with the power button on the right side. It can be backed by a 5,000 mAh battery.
The Moto G Play 2024 is said to come with an 8 MP selfie camera and 6.5 inch LCD display with Full HD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. It can be powered by a Qualcomm processor though the report doesn’t specify it so it’s unknown whether it would be a 4G or 5G phone. It can pack 4GB RAM with 64GB storage. Additionally, it is also shown to come with a 3.5mm jack on top while USB-C port at the bottom, and a speaker grille beside it.
Price and availability
The report mentions that Moto G Play 2024 can come with Android 13 out of the box. It can be launched next month and in terms of price, it is said that it will be priced at 169 dollars in the USA.
