Motorola is reportedly working on a new smartphone named Edge 50 Pro. This smartphone was recently found listed on UAE’s TDRA certification website with the model number XT2403-2. It has earlier appeared on other certification websites also including BIS, IMEI, and FCC. Ahead of its launch the smartphone’s key information and images have leaked in an exclusive report by Android Headlines.
As per the leaked images, the Motorola Edge 50 Pro smartphone can come in three different colours: purple, black, and white colour. The smartphone is shown to have a triple camera setup with LED flash. The camera and LED flash are arranged on a rectangular protruding island on the rear side. The report says that it can include a 50MP main sensor. The front side of the smartphone’s image shows the curved display with a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. It is said to be 6.7 inches wide with a 165Hz refresh rate.
It can be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and can pack 12GB RAM. The smartphone can be backed by a 4500mAh battery that supports 125W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. This is said to come with a different name in China which can be X50 Ultra. The Motorola X50 Ultra smartphone was recently teased in China through the company’s official account.
The same teaser showed a glimpse of the phone and announced the AI features that it will accompany. When it comes to flagship smartphones, AI can’t be ignored and Motorola has also attempted the same for its next flagship. The rest of the information about the handset still remains under wrap though we expect it to appear on other certification sites also confirming some key specs.
