[Update] Carl Pei confirms the arrival of a new USB Type-C cable, might arrive with Nothing Phone (2)

Nothing Phone (2) has been a part of a lot of rumors and speculations over the past few months. Various tech enthusiasts and fans were eagerly waiting for this device to make its debut. Just recently it was confirmed that the smartphone will be making its debut on July 11. The smartphone will also be arriving in India and will be made available via Flipkart.

Though ahead of its launch there are many rumors going around claiming that the Nothing Phone (2) will be just like its predecessor in terms of design. Addressing to all those rumors and memes, the CEO of Nothing Carl Pei has confirmed that the design of this upcoming smartphone would be different from Nothing Phone (1). This is not the first time Carl has revealed something about the Nothing Phone (2), earlier also he has confirmed a few of its key specifications.

Now recently Carl Pei has tweeted about the arrival of a new USB Type-C cable which according to the CEO is “nice.”

Well, it is assumed that this new cable would be arriving with the upcoming Nothing Phone (2) but still we need to wait for confirmation from the company. Recently the CEO also hinted that they might reveal the first look of Nothing Phone (2) even before its official launch.

Nothing Phone (2): Specifications

As earlier confirmed by Carl, the smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor while the smartphone will house a 4700mAh battery. The device is revealed to run on Android 13 OS and it will be offering 12GB RAM. It is expected that the device might sport a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate.
