Huawei’s next launch event will be held on March 23 in China. The event will see the arrival of the Huawei P60 series and some other devices. The Huawei Mate X3 foldable phone is expected to launch soon, but it is unclear whether it will debut alongside the P60 lineup. In April, Vivo is expected to announce the Vivo X Fold 2 as the world’s first Snapdragon 8 Gen 2-powered foldable phone. A new leak reveals that OPPO and Xiaomi will unveil their next foldables in the second half of 2023.
Earlier this month, tipster Digital Chat Station said that the Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 will have the same release schedule as its predecessor. Hence, it appears that the MIX Fold 3 may go official in August this year.
The OPPO PHN110 that the tipster is talking about seems to be the Find N3. The Find N2 was unveiled at the end of 2022. Hence, there is a possibility that the Find N3 may break cover in December this year. The tipster added that the new foldables are lighter and thinner than before.
Last month, the tipster revealed that the OPPO PHN110 has a foldable OLED panel that offers a resolution of 2260 x 2240 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. There is a possibility that the device will sport a slightly bigger display than the Find N2, which features a 7.1-inch foldable screen.
OPPO is rumoured to launch a couple of smartphones this year with a periscope zoom camera onboard. The PHN110’s camera setup is expected to feature a 50-megapixel primary camera and a periscope zoom camera.
