Lenovo Tab P12 Matte Display Version Announced With MediaTek Dimensity 7050 Chipset, 10200mAh battery
Lenovo has now announced a Matte Display version of the Lenovo P12 tablet. This will replace a glossy display with a matte display that will allow users to use it even under bright light without reflection on the screen. It is created to keep you entertained while reducing eye strain. Its 3K paper-like anti-glare screen will let you multitask with up to 4 split screens and 5 floating windows.
This tablet has already appeared on Google Play Console and is also found listed on the Lenovo France website which simply means it’s official there Finally the company has announced the matte version of the tablet on Lenovo PSREF with specs, design renders and it’s availability.

As per the listing on Lenovo PSREF, the tablet boasts a similar design to the glossy display version. It comes with a 12.7-inch wide paper-like anti-glare display with 400 nits of peak brightness and a 60Hz refresh rate. You will get Corning® Gorilla® Glass 3 for screen protection. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 chipset paired with Arm Mali G68. And packs an 8GB LPDDR4x memory with 128GB UFS 2.2 storage. This will boot from Android 13 and you can expect 2 years of OS upgrades plus 4 years of Android security patch update.
This is equipped with the JBL quad speakers. In the camera department, we will get to see a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP selfie camera. Lenovo is offering a 10200mAh battery that supports 20W fast charging. The tablet comes bundled with the Lenovo Tab Pen Plus. Its dimension is mentioned to be 293.37 x 190.76 x 6.9 mm with a camera bump of 8.42 mm (11.55 x 7.51 x 0.27 – 0.33 inches). The display aspect of the matte version does make it stand out among other tablets in the market.
