iQOO Pad Air Tablet and TWS 2 Earbuds Unveiled in China: Pre-Sale Live, Official Launch Soon

Vivo’s subsidiary, iQOO, has introduced the latest Pad Air tablet and the TWS 2 earbuds in the Chinese market. The pre-order for the two devices are currently live and the brand will be officially launching them early this month itself.

The iQOO Pad Air tablet is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset and is coupled with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. Up to 12GB (+ 8GB with Memory Fusion) RAM and up to 512GB internal storage options will be offered. The OrianOS 3 customization system also offers features like one-touch transfer and cross-screen message transfer.

For its display, the device features a 11.5″ large display screen with 2.8K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, 500 nits brightness rate, and 1.07 billion colors. The display is low blue light certified and offers all-round eye protection to its users. A 3D panoramic acoustic sound system with new super Audio 5.0 sound effect support is also a part of the device.

Regarding its battery, it is backed by a 8500 mAh capacity battery and comes with a 44W fast charge feature. Long lasting gaming, quick charging, and up to 12.6 hours of continuous usage time are being claimed.

Coming to its design, iQOO’s Pad Air tablet has an integrated seamless metal body which is 6.67 mm ultra thin and weighs only 530 gm. The tablet will be available in two colors – Grey and Blue.

About the price and availability, the device has four storage configurations of 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, 12GB/256GB, and 12GB/512GB. They are priced CNY 1749, CNY 1799, CNY 2299, and CNY 2599 respectively. As mentioned, the pre-sale is live and the official launch will be on the 6th of March 2024 at 10 AM local time. A limited gift keyboard worth CNY 399 will also be available with the tablet.

The iQOO TWS 2 earbuds features the industry’s first innovative ceramic tungsten diaphragm with 4dB low frequency boost, 3dB IF boost, and 2dB high frequency boost. The earbuds also supports the industry’s strongest noise reduction feature with 55dB ultra deep noise reduction and 5000Hz ultra wideband noise reduction, and is capable of eliminating 99.8% of daily noise.

The second generation Qualcomm S3 audio platform with 100% increased computing power is also onboard, and a customized commuting noise reduction feature is another notable spec. iQOO’s TWS 2 earbuds is also the King of Glory Professional League recommended headphones. Monster Sound e-sports sound effects and 44ms full-link gaming low latency are other gaming features. The Bluetooth 5.4 dual connection support is again an important feature.

On the battery side, users of the iQOO TWS 2 earbuds will be able to enjoy a total playtime of up to 45 hours. The game play time will be up to 9 hours. With a 10 minute charge, users will also be able to receive a listening time of up to 5 hours.

The pre-sale for the iQOO TWS 2 is also live in China and the official launch is scheduled on the same 6th of March 2024 at 10 AM local time. The earbuds will be priced CNY 399 and customers will get to choose it in Electric White and Phantom Yellow colors.
