Tata Motors’ subsidiary Tata Passenger Electric Mobility today revealed the variants and colour options of Tata Punch.ev. With the announcement of this EV, the company has also started accepting bookings for this all-electric micro SUV at the token price of Rs 21,000. It’s similar to Nexon EV in terms of design and features. The company will offer it in five variants Smart, Smart Plus, Adventure, Empowered, and Empowered Plus.
In terms of a design similar to the Nexon EV, the Punch EV also comes with split lightning sporting triangular projector LED headlights and fog lamps. There is also an LED DRL strip on the upper portion of the EV. In the lower portion, you will find a big air dam and silver skid plate.
You will get to see a 16-inch alloy wheel and .EV badges on the lower portion of the front doors. At the back, you won’t get to see any major change in design from Nexon EV other than updated LED taillights and silver skid plate.
Tata Punch EV comes in five exterior options: Pristine White with black roof, Seaweed with black roof, Daytona Grey with black roof, Fearless Red with black roof, and Empowered Oxide with black roof.
Inside it comes with a 10.25-inch HD infotainment system(Harman), a 10.25-inch digital cockpit, Arcade.ev app suite, 360-degree camera surround view system, ventilated front seats, blind spot view monitor, six airbags, and cruise control. A 3.3kW wall box charger will come as standard while a long-range version will also be available with a 7.2kW fast home charger. Tata Motors is expected to confirm the price of the EV in the upcoming days.
