Indian Air Force has added Tata Nexon in its team get to know what lies ahead 

Indian government commitment has started taking shape in the form of the Indian Air force’s new decision. Recently the Indian government took the initiative towards green mobility and the Indian Air force has added 12 Tata Nexon EVs to its fleet. Air Chief Marshal VR Choudhary welcomed the flagging of the first batch of new electric vehicles at Vayu Bhavan Indian Air force headquarter in New Delhi.

The Indian Air force is planning to decrease the emission by reducing the number of combustion engine vehicles in a phased manner. This move is to create an ecosystem that is focused on reducing combustion and emission by the installation of charging infrastructure and the introduction of electric vehicle

After this move, IAF will also add electric buses and cars into its clan. It will replace 25% of light vehicles, 38% of buses, and 48% of motorcycles with electric vehicles.
