From January 2022, Mercedes-Benz India will raise pricing on select models by up to 2%

Mercedes-Benz India announced on Thursday that starting January 1, 2022, it will raise pricing on select models by up to 2% to cover feature enhancements and growing input costs.

Customers who have reserved automobiles and have been waiting for more than four months for specific models will receive price protection, according to the business.

Mercedes-Benz stated in a statement that it has been releasing new generation vehicles and expanding its existing model range with newer technologies and unique product additions.

“To offset the costs of such feature additions in the face of increased input costs,” it added, “Mercedes-Benz will upwardly revise the ex-showroom price of only certain models.”

From January 1, 2022, a price increase of up to 2% will be implemented.

Until December 31, 2021, select vehicles like as the A-Class, GLA, and E-Class will be protected from price increases.

Customers who have reserved the GLE 400 and GLE 400d SUVs and have been waiting for delivery since April have also been given price protection, according to the business.
