#MIforIndia: MI India to distribute 2500 smartphones worth Rs 2 crore to children suffered in the COVID-19 pandemic
A great initiative run by the MI India to distribute around 2500 smartphones to children in India who suffered during this pandamic.
Today Manu Kumar Jain who is Global VP and MD of Xiaomi India tweeted”Humbled to share we’re pledging 2500+ new smartphones worth INR 2 Cr to children that are affected by the pandemic, through our partner – @TeachForIndia. Grateful to our retailers & partners who came forward for this wonderful initiative.”
He also said : Due to #Covid19, children are struggling to continue #OnlineEducation because of lack of smartphones. All of us need to come together to help our future generation.
