Vivo S18 becomes the strongest standard version of the S series with overwhelming sales volume numbers

Chinese brand Vivo recently announced the S18 series in China which comprises S18e, S18, and S18 Pro. On one side where the S18 Pro and S18e will go on sale on 13th January 2024, the S18 model went on sale yesterday.

In such a short period the standard model of the series has made buzz in the tech town with its sales volume.

Its sales volume in all channels reached up to 143% of the previous generation on the first sales day. Vivo says the S18 is the strongest standard version of the S series.

The Vivo S18 smartphone features a 6.78-inch wide AMOLED curved display with 2800×1260 pixels resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate, and HDR support. In the camera department the smartphone sports dual camera setup on the rear featuring a 50 MP main camera with an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens. The front side of the smartphone sports a 50 MP selfie camera.

It is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor paired with the Adreno 720 GPU. The smartphone packs up to 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. It is backed by a 5000 mAh battery that supports 80W flash charging. It runs Android 14 based OriginOS 4. It is available for buyers in three colour options.
