What is Project Neo?
Neo is an AI-powered content discovery experience that allows users to find and play content on their Lumio devices simply by messaging in plain language over WhatsApp or Instagram. Project Neo comes with support for multiple languages (Hindi, English and Hinglish).
This means the users won’t have to type with the remote or switch between apps. Just message via WhatsApp or Instagram to Neo in plain language, send a voice note, or share a reel, and it finds the movie, show, trailer, match highlight or song and plays it on your TV.
With Neo, you can search movies & shows+ where to watch, voice search in your language, tap on “Surprise Me” discovery, search for trending content, trailers, sports highlights, music & everything on YouTube, share a poster or screenshot to find your content and save titles in your watchlist.
Availability
Project Neo is in public beta, rolling out now via a Play Store update to the TLDR app. It works exclusively on Lumio Vision TVs and Lumio Arc Projectors, over WhatsApp and Instagram. You can check out the steps for pairing your TV with WhatsApp or Instagram on this link.
