Galaxy S25 Users Reportedly Get Hindi Language Support in Call Screening

A good news for the Samsung Galaxy S25 users is now being reported, as the Hindi language support for the Call Screening feature is now said to be made available by Samsung. This new addition will likely be helpful for many Indian users who prefer Hindi over English while using the feature.

Here is more to it.

Hindi Language Support on Galaxy S25 Call Screening Feature

In a post shared on X by the tipster named Tarun Vats, this new detail has now surfaced. As per him, the Call Screening feature now has the Hindi language available, and this is expected to be useful for those who are not able to understand English properly or prefer using Hindi during calls.

Speaking more, it would be interesting to see how well the transcription works in Hindi and how accurate it will be in day-to-day usage. Furthermore, those who are not seeing this language option on their Galaxy S25 device may first need to be on the One UI 8.5 version, and the language pack may also have to be updated via the Galaxy Store.

Once done, users can check the Call Screening settings and alter the language from there. To note, it might also be a server-side rollout, meaning that it could take some time before the feature becomes available for all eligible users.

Those who are unaware, this feature is similar to what Apple also offers on its smartphones, but on Apple devices, it is mostly limited to English transcription only. Also to add, sometimes or rather most of the time, the Hindi-to-English transcription on such features may not be very accurate, and thus Samsung’s Hindi language support will have to be tested to know how good it actually is.

Stay tuned for more updates.
