Canva Users Again Facing Image Upload Issue; “Canva’s Servers Are Unreachable” Error Message Appears

The online design platform – Canva appears to be down for some users, as reports have now started to emerge that users are unable to upload new images on the platform at the moment. Along with the user reports, the current status reported on Downdetector also suggests that the app is currently facing issues.
Check out more about it below.
Upon checking the web version of Canva, we at The Tech Outlook were also able to spot the issue while trying to upload new images onto the platform. An error message reading “We were unable to upload ‘image.png’. You might be logged out, offline or Canva’s servers are unreachable.” was shown on the screen when the upload failed.

However, the website seems to be functioning well without any other major issues as of now, and looking into it, the issue appears to be limited to new image uploads only. Other features of the platform are seemingly working fine at the moment.

About an official update, Canva has not yet shared anything regarding the ongoing issue, and as of now, there is no confirmation on what has caused the image upload problem. Hopefully, in the coming hours, the company may put up a status update for the same if more users continue to face it.
Stay tuned for more updates.
