Amazon Now announced to expand to 100 cities across India

Amazon’s ultra-fast delivery service, Amazon Now, is currently available in Mumbai, Delhi-NCR and Bengaluru. This service gets daily essentials such as groceries, personal care, fashion, baby products, small appliances, and more delivered within minutes.
Today, Amazon has announced the expansion of Amazon Now to 100 cities across India, with over 1,000 micro-fulfilment centres in 2026. This expansion is said to enable more than 1600 farmers to take their produce directly to customers through sellers on Amazon Now.
Along with existing cities Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, and Bengaluru, customers across metros and non-metro cities, including Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Jaipur, Lucknow, Kanpur, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Meerut, Mysore, Panipat, Kochi, Amritsar, Mangalore and Vizag, will be able to shop from Amazon Now.

Amazon Now’s rapid expansion is part of Amazon’s investment of over Rs 2,800 crore (~USD 300 million) to further strengthen associate safety, health and financial well-being measures, while strengthening one of India’s safest, fastest and most reliable operations networks.
