Grok 4.3 now live on the xAI API

Recently, xAI introduced its latest reasoning model- Grok 4.3. The model is built on Grok 4.20 with an improved architecture while maintaining a similar scale. The company has now announced that Grok 4.3 is widely available on the xAI API.

Grok 4.3 supports a 1-million-token context window and is priced at $1.25/m for input and $2.50/m for output. It is available through xAI’s platform, Vercel AI Gateway, and partners with the model named grok-4.3 or aliases such as grok-4.3-latest.
It is revealed that this model leads Artificial Analysis leaderboards in agentic tool calling and instruction following, while it ranks first in @ValsAI enterprise benchmarks for areas like case law and corporate finance.
The capabilities of this model include: Function calling, structured outputs and reasoning. It is said that this model comes with the lowest hallucination rate on the market and industry-leading speed, delivering precise, trustworthy responses.
Grok 4.3 accepts text and image inputs with text output, and is suited for agentic workflows, instruction-following tasks, and applications requiring high factual accuracy. Reasoning is always active and can be configured between low/medium/high effort levels. This model is said to be well-suited for long-document analysis, deep research, and multi-step agentic tasks.
