Early access of Auto-dubbing feature now available for YouTube Creators in YouTube Preview Program

YouTube has always developed new and creative features to help creators increase their engagement on the platform and reach a wider audience. Connecting with viewers has now become easier as YouTube has introduced a new auto-dubbing feature.
Creators! If you’re in YPP, you now have early access to auto dubbing to translate your vids into multiple languages 🌎
On your computer, go to channel settings in Studio > Upload defaults > Advanced settings > Automatic Dubbing > Enable

Auto-dubbing feature on YouTube
Automatic dubbing generates translated audio tracks in different languages to make videos more accessible to viewers worldwide. Videos with these audio tracks are marked as auto-dubbed in the video description. This feature is turned on by default. When you upload a new video, dubs will be automatically generated. These dubs will be published automatically for non-experimental languages.
This feature makes it easy for viewers who want to learn how to make an international cuisine, plan a trip to another country by watching travel vlogs, and more.
Availability
Auto-dubbing isn’t available for all creators, and you can only manage it on YouTube Studio on your computer. Also, you can access this feature early if you are in the YouTube Preview Program. Automatic dubbing is available for videos in the following languages to be dubbed into English, and for videos in English to be dubbed into the following languages-
- French
- German
- Hindi
- Indonesian
- Italian
- Japanese
- Portuguese
- Spanish
How to turn off automatic dubbing for your channel?
Automatic dubbing is turned on by default, you can turn it off at any time.
- Sign in to YouTube Studio on your computer
- Click Settings > Upload defaults > Advanced settings
- Unlock the Allow automatic dubbing box
- Click Save
How to turn on automatic dubbing for your channel?
- Sign in to YouTube Studio on your computer
- Click Settings > Upload defaults > Advanced settings
- Check the Allow automatic dubbing box
- If you would like to review the dubs before they are published, check the Manually review dubs before publishing box
- Choose either Review dubs in all languages or Review dubs in experimental languages only
- Click Save
