Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 Will Be Releasing Officially For PS5 On 25th October

Last month Microsoft officially announced Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and the details regarding the game were said to be revealed on 9th June. As promised the company has revealed detailed information regarding this game and has also announced that Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will be launching on 25th October for PS5 players.

About Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6

This game will be arriving with some new modes and features- signature Black ops across a cinematic single-player campaign, multiplayer, and epic return of Round-based Zombies. Let’s dive in to know more.

In this new chapter, a different side of Frank Woods is seen following his traumatic injury at the hands of Raul Menendez. His protégé is Troy Marshall who has been making a name for himself in the field. Marshall and Woods are working with a new face in Black Ops 6:CIA handler Jane Harrow. While with a mixture of old and new faces a legendary wildcard will also be seen- Russell Adler whose allegiances and motivations remain unclear.

Campaign Gameplay Variety

Players will witness an increased variety of mission structures, additional focus on player choice, and more options to finish each mission, with dynamic moment-to-moment gameplay throughout. Mission variety is a key component that PlayStation players can expect while gameplay can unfold multiple times giving the player freedom to navigate through them as they see fit.

Multiplay And Return Of RBZ

Multiplayer and Zombie modes will be arriving with new developments and more details regarding these modes will kick in later in the year. In Multiplayer mode, players will test their skills across 16 new maps at launch, including 12 core 6v6 maps and 4 strike maps that can be played 2v2 or 6v6. Maps intentionally support gameplay variety.

Meanwhile, Round-based Zombies is also back, players will be able to take down hordes of the undead in two brand new maps at launch in the return of this fan-favorite mode. Players will experience a continuation of the Dark Aether storyline that started in the Black Ops Cold War, with each map containing a curated mix of elements both new and familiar.

Omni movement

For the first time ever, players can now sprint in any direction and move like a true Black Ops action hero. This omnimovement innovation allows the players to seamlessly chain combat maneuvers together like sliding, diving, and a newly launched Supine prone, all with a full 360-degree range of motion.

As per the official blog post, some many other exciting innovations and features will be soon coming to Black Ops 6, including the return of a more traditional Call of Duty Prestige system about which the details will be revealed later.
