Sony BRAVIA Theatre System 6 Featuring Dolby Atmos and DTS:X Introduced in India

Early this month, Sony had teased the arrival of a new sound system to the Indian market and it was expected to be the BRAVIA Theatre System 6. The expectations were right after all as the Japanese tech maker has introduced its new BRAVIA Theatre System 6 for its Indian customers.

Sony BRAVIA Theatre System 6 – Introduced in India

The Sony BRAVIA Theatre System 6 has been designed for movie lovers, and it is a 5.1 channel surround system powered by Dolby Atmos as well as DTS:X. It consists of the soundbar, subwoofer, and wireless rear speakers, promising an immersive audio experience to users. Furthermore, it supports the best-in-industry sound formats and will deliver 1000W of sound output. It will also be capable of making sure that the dialogues come out crystal clear, with best effects from quiet whispers to thundering actions as per what the brand claims. Also, the S-Force PRO and Vertical Surround Engine for multi-dimensional sound are added specs of the device.

Easy set-up process and operation have also been guaranteed to users, with the front and rear speakers supporting wireless connectivity and the BRAVIA Connect app for simple smartphone controls and configuration. The adaptable design and placement also lets users arrange the sound system as per their needs and requirements too. Other notable specs include the Bluetooth connectivity of v5.3, SBC/AAC audio codecs support, Sound Field Mode/Night Mode/Voice Mode, and Voice Zoom 3.

About its availability, it will be made available for purchase via Sony Center – the brand’s third party franchisees. However, the pricing and when the sound system will be put up for sale is still yet to be announced (~ could be announced soon).
