Huawei Watch Buds 2 with a 1.5-inch OLED display and up to 3 days of overall usage unveiled in China

The Chinese manufacturer Huawei has officially introduced the successor of Huawei Watch Buds- Huawei Watch Buds 2 in its home country, China.

Huawei Watch Buds 2: Availability

It comes in Obsidian black, Titanium Silver and Amber brown colour options. The fluororubber strap variants are priced at 3488 Yuan, while the titanium strap version is priced at 3988 Yuan. The pre-orders are live in China (via JD.com).

Huawei Watch Buds 2: Features

It sports a 1.5-inch OLED display that offers 466×466 screen resolution and 3000 nits peak brightness. The display is protected by second-generation Kunlun glass. It supports various health tracking features- sleep monitoring, emotional well-being insights, all-day HRV tracking, heart rhythm irregularity alerts, research-based high blood sugar risk assessment and sleep apnea detection. There is also an AI Sports Interpretation feature.

The watch boasts over 90 sports modes. It comes integrated with earbuds. Each earbud weighs 4g. It allows flexible usage with adaptive left-right recognition. The earbuds offer active noise cancellation, transparency mode and a microphone. The earbuds feature an octagonal shape and an immersive magnetic array design.

The wearable is equipped with a 410 mAh battery and offers up to 3 days of overall usage. The earbuds offer up to 3 hours of playback time with noise cancellation enabled, and up to 4 hours of battery life without noise cancellation. The earbuds can be charged by placing them inside the watch case.

The watch measures 47x37x14.69mm and weighs around 54.5g. It supports IP54 rating, NFC, Beidou+ GPS+ Glonass+ Galileo positioning and digital car key functionality. The watch body is made up of aerospace-grade titanium alloy, and the ultra-hand nano-coating provides protection and wear resistance.
