Redmi Buds 6 and Xiaomi Sound Outdoor Speakers Launched in India; Brand Announces the Beginning of Human x Car x Home Ecosystem in the Country
Xiaomi, the Chinese smartphone maker, today unveiled many of its latest products for its Indian consumers and among which, the Redmi Buds 6 and Xiaomi Sound Outdoor Speakers have also been launched. Also to add, the brand has announced that today’s launch marks the beginning of the Human x Car x Home ecosystem in the country.

Redmi Buds 6
The Redmi Buds 6 device features dual drivers (12.4mm titanium drivers + 5.5mm micro piezoelectric drivers) and a quad mic setup, and uses the Xiaomi HyperOS system. It supports audio specs like Super ANC Noise Cancellation Mode (39dB, 99.6% background blocking), 360° Spatial Audio, and Customized Transparency Mode.
The device has a Bluetooth connectivity version of 5.4, and comes with dual device pairing and Xiaomi Earbuds app compatibility. A battery life of up to 42 hours is claimed, along with a flow LED battery indicator. The latest Redmi Buds 6 earbuds is also IP54-rated and is available in three colors – Spectre Black, Titan White, and Ivy Green.
Xiaomi has introduced its Redmi Buds 6 earbuds at a special launch price of INR 2,799 in India, and the official sale will be beginning on the 13th of December 2024. It will be made available through Mi.com, Amazon.in, and also via Xiaomi retail stores.
Xiaomi Sound Outdoor Speakers
The Xiaomi Sound Outdoor Speakers equips itself with a 30W speaker unit and can connect with up to 100 speakers with SpeakerSync, offering a ‘Subwoofer Boost’. The device has an ‘Adaptive, Agile, Alive’ design and is IP67 dust and waterproof.
It supports the latest Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity and has the truly wireless StereoSync feature. Hands-free calling is also one among its important features. Regarding its battery life, up to 12 hours of music playback can be enjoyed.
The official sale of the Xiaomi Sound Outdoor Speakers will also be starting on the 13th of December 2024, at 12PM noon. It will be made available at a special launch price of INR 3,499, and customers can purchase it on Mi.com, Flipkart, and Xiaomi retail stores.

In related news, Xiaomi has also announced that ‘today’s launch marks the start of a bold journey’, and the brand is ‘building a seamless Human x Car x Home ecosystem’ in the country.
This could mean that more Xiaomi products would be introduced in India soon, and they may also include the brand’s EV models too (assuming). Let’s just wait until the brand makes it official before jumping into any conclusions.
